    Everything you need to know

A session at HBOT Global is 60 minutes at 1.5 ATA in a self-service chamber on Prags Boulevard in Copenhagen. You start with a guided intro session, then book online and open the door with the link we send you. Every question a member of staff would answer is answered here.

Yes. Performance Test measures oxygen uptake and training zones on a bike; Metabolic Baseline measures energy use at rest. Reserve online — testing opens in November 2026.

Yes. All bookings require a user account — it is how you get your door link, see your sessions and credits, and cancel or move a booking yourself. Creating one takes less than a minute.

Yes. Your first booking is an intro session, where you are shown how to operate the chamber yourself and get all your questions answered. Once it is completed your account is opened up and you can book single sessions, session packages or a membership as you like.

The chamber comes with a headset that delivers the oxygen. It is more comfortable than a mask and fits everyone. If you prefer a mask, you can buy one for 100 DKK — it is then your own mask and you bring it every time. A mask ensures you only breathe the concentrated oxygen, where the headset can be diluted slightly with chamber air.

The centre is unmanned. When your booking is confirmed you get a door link by email and SMS. Open it on your phone to unlock the door, and the screen inside greets you by name and starts your session.
